Below are actual pictures of our Jaken line of medium to heavy duty cantilever racks. As seen here, this is a heavy duty roll formed design. Many different sizes are available in stock.
When choosing a cantilever system you should first choose the arm length and determined if you need medium or heavy duty application based on the weight and items being stored. After that, the next option is either single-sided or double sided, which one depends on the specific warehouse floor plan for the project.
Cantilever rack arms are fastened using a simple 2-bolt cantilever rack connection. Heavy duty arms are available with or without arm stops.
Similar to pallet rack, cantilever has the ability to be assembled with more column and arms that work together to create larger bays and rows of storage. Cantilever base and uprights are the most important structural components in all cantilever rack application.
Single sided base with 8-bolt cantilever rack connections, with four on the outside part and four on the inside part of the cantilever base.
The heavy duty application arm height adjusts on every 3" increments. For a complete list of components, part sizes and pricing, go to our medium to heavy duty cantilever racks page.
