To create additional storage space with unique two story mezzanine design inside an existing hangar building structure.

Solution:
Mezzanine shall be a freestanding custom engineered system including all structural support, decking and hardware to offer a complete structure.

Including steel erection plans and installation instructions, and shall be designed in agreement with the latest national building code requirements as well as OSHA laws and regulations for the area of installation.

Challenge:
Manage a large volume of incoming records involving a digital scanning process and the destruction of un-needed files.

Solution:
All of the incoming files would arrive as palletized record archive boxes. Designing a high-density pallet rack system maximized the storage capacity, while providing an efficient management system to storing and retrieving files.

Challenge:
Add 50% additional storage capacity in an existing medical archives facility that was built using multiple brands of shelving, un-even aisle lengths, and components not meeting engineering or Building Code requirements.
