Catwalk Pallet Loading Zones, California

Catwalk Pallet Loading Zones

Catwalk systems can have a loading zone where pallets can be dropped off and picked up. We have designed a special safety gate to keep employees from falling. We call it this our 'rolly gate'.

Forklifts can access the pallet in the loading zone while the gate is in the UP position, but employees on the catwalk level do not have access to the pallet. While in the DOWN position, employees on the catwalk level have access to the pallet, and at the same time the gate prevents the employee from falling off the edge.
