In addition to the rack, we use other materials to create the decking, flooring, and any other features such as fall protection and stairs. Catwalk systems using rack require fewer items making them easier to install. Rack components allow for larger shelf spans and higher storage capacities. The abundant amount of used pallet racks out there creates the opportunity to design catwalk storage systems with both new and used materials.
