Catwalk Pallet Loading Zones

Forklifts can access the catwalk pallet loading zones while the gate is in the UP position, but employees on the catwalk level do not have access to the pallet. While in the DOWN position, employees on the catwalk level have access to the pallet, and at the same time the gate prevents the employee from falling off the edge.
