Responsibilities:
This is an Installer position.

Assist in the installation of material handling products, pallet racking, industrial shelving, storage mezzanine, gravity conveyor, etc.

  • Good communication with both Supervisors and Customers is a necessity.
  • The typical work environment is fast paced where clear communication completing each task safely is required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement company procedures at all times is required.
  • Conveyor and Storage Solutions provides installation services both in the state of California and Nation wide. You will be required to work in different cities and states for up to two weeks at a time in some cases. Flexibility to travel is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is needed, as we travel throughout Southern California cities frequently. Travel Time is provide per Company Policy.
  • It is imperative to be on time daily.

Experience with the use of necessary hand and power tools. IE- Cordless, Rotary hammer, Screwdriver, alignment pins, etc.

  • Forklift and Scissor lift operation.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an entry-experience level installer, that is seeking a career in the satisfying world of material handling.

  • Prefer an experienced Installer but we are open to training the right Candidate with similar construction experience.
  • Safety Training will be Provided but OSHA 10hr or 30hr cards are preferred.
  • Valid Forklift and Scissor lift Certifications are preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License Mandatory.
  • Ability to follow Supervisor’s instruction.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Display a Positive Attitude in a Positive Company Environment.
  • Willing to attend Training classes to update/improve various skills.
  • Present a neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to use time efficiently.

Preference will be given to:
Candidates that possess a level of experience in the Installation of pallet racking, industrial shelving, storage mezzanine, etc.
Candidates with previously obtained Safety Training certificates and Forklift/Scissor lift certifications.
Job Type: Full-time with OT when needed, Benefits and frequent Review Process.
Pay: $18+/hr Depending on Experience.

Internal Job Title: Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

This business-to-business sales position is responsible for the sale of material handling equipment.

  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.  Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.  Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.  Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence.
  • Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with service and parts support and by responding to customer concerns or requests.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.  Discuss sales activities with management.

Qualifications:

We are seeking the seasoned sales professional in the Material Handling world.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skill set.
  • Computer skills – MS Windows and CRM experience.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
  • 5+ years of commissioned business-to-business industrial sales experience with a proven track record.

Job Responsibilities:

This is an entry level position for a quick ramp up to business-to-business sales position: Account Manager. The typical ramp up period last between 6-12 Months.

  • Identify business opportunities through resources such as newspapers, Dunn and Bradstreet and internet sources. Network with commercial real estate companies and Chambers of Commerce
  • Generate sales leads through literature drops, mail, e-mail and campaigns
  • Increase market awareness through cold-calling
  • Create and manage prospective customer database
  • Digitize all contacts through CRM for mail merge campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing Department to develop new customers
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.  Discuss sales activities with management.
  • Support Marketing efforts – in any capacity.
