Pallet Rack Systems

There are 5 basic types of pallet rack systems used in warehouse applications including selective pallet racks, double-deep pallet racks, pushback pallet racks, drive-in pallet racks, and flow pallet racks.

We sell both new and used pallet racks, and offer design for laying out your warehouse, pallet rack installation and de-installation (teardown), pallet rack repair and maintenance.

Industrial Shelving Systems

Many different warehouse Applications uses Industrial Shelving systems. Whether you are storing finished or unfinished goods, picking & pulling orders, or just need additional storage space, C&SS can assist you with your material handling needs.

The most common type of industrial shelving is boltless shelving. It can be used for widespan and narrow profile applications, as well as single and multi-levels order picking storage systems (catwalk systems).

Mezzanine Systems

Clearspan mezzanines are the economical way to create an additional level using your existing warehouse space.

Vertical Lift Conveyor

Also known as Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor, ideal for loading material between floor levels on Catwalk Systems and mezzanines floor. Carriage size, vertical rise, travel speed and load capacity are essential elements to consider when implementing a safe vertical lift project.

Catwalk Rack Storage Systems

Catwalks are multi-level storage systems that are designed to use the vertical space in a warehouse by using employee catwalk pick aisles.

Generally, the objects being stored are accessed without the use of heavy equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.

Warehouse Storage Rack

Cantilever Rack Systems

For light to medium duty storage needs, we offer a roll formed cantilever rack with an extra heavy-duty saddle connection. We offer a variety of sizes to meet various needs. Roll Formed cantilever racks come in heights ranging from 96" to 216" with arm lengths between 18" to 48".

Records Storage Systems

C&SS has been an innovative force in designing records storage & retrieval systems for the information management industry.

Depending on the application, records storage systems are usually box storage or open shelf file storage. Archive storage systems built with high capacity storage racks can obtain much more dense storage than boltless widespan shelving (used in medium density records storage and also in open shelf file storage systems).

Industrial Stairs

Our vendors have over 50 years of experience in the special and custom design of ladder and stairway products.

Industrial stairs are designed to meet code regulations for your project. The large treads are 12" in depth with 3 available widths. The comfortable climbing slope varies between 27° and 33° with a 6" to 7" rise per step.

Rolling Ladder

Various capacity industrial ladders with easy to use footpedal lockstep and various options for top step size. Ladders ship compact cost available, we can custom design for any project with expanded metal tread or specify alternate tread. All manufactured with rigid quality tubing, standard finish is powder coat blue or grey with various handrails options. Built to OSHA and ANSI standards but CAL OSHA also available 6 - 9 step & 10 step or more.
