Single Rivet Beams (SRB) are for light to medium weight industrial storage applications. Rapid Rack's SRB are 15/16" high, 14 gage, and can be used as left to right and front to back shelf supports.

Double Rivet Low Profile Beams (DRBLP) are for heavy duty industrial storage applications. Rapid Rack's DRBLP are 1-1/8" high, 11 gage, and can be used as left to right and front to back shelf supports.

Double Rivet 'Z' Beams (DRBZ) are for medium to heavy weight industrial storage applications. Rapid Rack's DRBZ are 2-3/16" high, 14 gage, and can be used as left to right and front to back shelf supports. Z beams protects the edges of the wood shelves.

Fully wrapped DRBZ storage units are used to increase the weight capacity and provide additional protection for the wood shelves.

Tie supports are used to stabilize beams and add support to the decking. They bolt between DRB, DRC, or DRCHD and are used for heavy duty shelving over 24" deep and wider than 48". Channel Beams provide the highest capacity available for bolt less shelving. Please call for more info.

Heavy Duty Angle Post (APH) are used for maximum weight capacity. Rapid Rack's APH are 1-7/8" x 1-7/8", 14 gage, and are punched on 1-1/2" centers for shelf adjustment. Heavy duty angle posts can be used in mezzanine and shelf supported catwalk storage systems.
